財團法人伊甸社會福利基金會辦理「台北市萬芳啟能中心」，多年來致力於提供成人身心障礙者的日間照顧服務。除了滿足生活自理、社會適應等需求外，並提供技能陶冶的訓練養成，期盼達成服務使用者「生活化」及「社區化」的目標，進而建構服務使用者降低依賴、獨立自主、發展自我的未來。
服務使用者們過去都曾經只能待在家裡，或是只能等待別人伸出援手…。但在美藝課程的陶冶後，他們努力克服身體上的限制，試著拿起畫筆慢慢勾勒出心中的美麗世界，雖然慢了一些，雖然仍有些不完美，但他們永不放棄，就是「大藝術家」！
蜷縮的雙手、顫抖的身軀，身障藝術家用永不放棄的精神，克服身體上的種種不便，在豐富鮮豔的彩色中，勾勒出精采生命的藍圖與勇氣。身心障礙者與我們並沒有不同，一樣渴望穩定、自立的生活，一樣擁有夢想，也期待能擁有繽紛的人生。我們一起讓其能重新回到社會，重拾生命的尊嚴與尊榮！
Eden Social Welfare Foundation Taipei WanFang Center for Disabled People have dedicated years to provide day care for grown-ups with disabilities. Apart from meeting their needs like self-management and socialization, we also provide training for them to learn new skills. We hope to work towards skills in managing their daily lives and social integration to build a future based on self-reliance and self-development for our service users.
Once they could only stay at home or wait for others to help, but after all the art classes taken in the center, they were able to overcome their physical obstacles and depict the beautiful world in their minds. Although they are slow and their skills are not yet perfect, they never give up. They are truly the “Grand artists”.
With gnarled hands and shaky body, the physically disabled artists overcome all the inconveniences with the spirit of never giving up, and paint out the splendid blue print of life and bravery with bright colors. They are not any different from us if they long for stability and independence in life; they have dreams and expect to have a colorful life. We together can help them to go back to the society again and regain their dignity of life and honor.
